Developer:

The developer is a well-known Georgian company Resorts Development Solution, the investment comes from an Austrian company. We are also engaged in hotel business since 1997. We have a huge experience in construction, apartment management and services! In 2018 we won the European Property Award - European Property Award!

Apartment Maintenance:

The maintenance fee in our complex is 1$ per square meter (in case of garden apartment + 0.75 cents per square meter). This price includes security, cleaning of the surrounding area of the house, cleaning of the beach, reception, internet, maintenance of the complex and the use of several swimming pools. Also, I would like to note that the infrastructure for owners at bonus discounts!

What condition the apartments are rented:

We offer a turnkey apartment, with ready full European renovation in classic style. It will include everything from furniture and equipment to accessories and interior items. 

Cost:

Based on the above, the cost in our complex is for a fully equipped apartment, moreover, with some included infrastructure, such as: several swimming pools, saunas, playgrounds, attractions, etc.

Payment upon purchase:

There are two payment options in our complex:

1) 100% payment ( you can make a reservation for the apartment. Valid reservation of two weeks. .The cost of the reservation - 5 000$)

2) Mortgage. Our complex enjoys the power of attorney from the state, so we have the lowest rate of 7.75% per annum in the bank - Cartu Bank. The down payment is 40% of the total amount. The mortgage can be taken up to 15 years and only with us, if you pay early, penalties are NOT imposed.
3) Interest-free internal installment, 1 year. down payment of 40%.

Ownership of the apartment:

Foreign citizens can acquire ownership of Georgian real estate, regardless of which country he is a citizen of. The right of ownership is secured by registration of the contract in the house of justice and is guaranteed by the constitution of Georgia. Real estate transaction is registered in the House of Justice of Georgia.  It is necessary to have a foreign passport when purchasing

Taxation:

There is no real estate and transportation tax in Georgia
